Holiday home- cut main gas and run off bottle?

Hi
I have a holiday home and I am thinking of cutting the mains gas and using a gas bottle. We rarely use the heating. We only use the hot water.
Is it better to leave on the mains or switch to gas bottle?
Thanks

you can't just swop gas appliances from NG to LPGI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.0 -
You need a registered gas engineer to convert your appliances to lpg. The injectors will require changing, pressures will need to be reset and combustion tests completed . You cannot do this yourself.0

Running bottles will cost a fortune (when in use) just leave it alone.0

Might work out better to switch to supplier with a lower standing charge but higher gas fees. Bottled gas is more expensive than mains.
Other wise as above say you need a proper gas engineer in.0 -
A switch to Ebico is the obvious move here. Otherwise to avoid SC's you will need to pay for capping and meter removal. It sounds like most of your bill is the SC's?No free lunch, and no free laptop
