Company NOT closed though stopped trading

I was made redundant in December having been told months earlier that the company was closing. I took holidays and was off ill for 3 weeks, then when return was due, I got P45 and letter about closure.
They also didn't pay me for December.
I found out today that they haven't gone into receivership though the company has ceased working from the offices.
Bailiffs ceased the keys as they didn't pay the rent.
Where do I stand ?
I was manager and salaried.
9 months service.
Thanks in advance.

Unless your contract stipulated more, you were due one week's notice.
If the holiday you took had been fully accrued by the time of the termination of your employment, then you should have been paid for your week's notice even if not required to work it.
Unless your written particulars of employment mentioned a company redundancy scheme, you are not entitled to a redundancy payment as that requires two years' service.
Calculate what, if anything you were owed, and submit a request for payment to the registered office of the company. Give them, say, ten days to pay up. Follow up with a "letter before action" if they don't comply.0
