Items Ordered, Not Arrived - Why do I have to pay again?

Hi,
I am having a problem with some items I ordered. They are staff ID cards for a business. I sent across all the photos and details and they sent me an invoice and asked me to confirm the delivery address. I paid the invoice (but didn't see the bit at the bottom of the e-mail asking me to confirm the address). A couple of days later I checked the e-mails as the ID's had not arrived and noticed they had asked me to confirm the address, so I thought they hadn't been sent as I had not confirmed address. I e-mailed them with the address and the following day was told that as I had paid they had already sent them to the previous business address. After several calls and visits to the old address that business insists no such items have arrived. I called the royal mail delivery office and there's nothing waiting there for us. I've gone back to the company and they tell me that I didn't take their courier option (which I was never informed of) and if I want them to re-print the items as a gesture of goodwill they will do it for half price. I don't understand why I have to pay again when it looks like the item hasn't even been delivered? What are my rights here? I paid by bank transfer so I'm not covered by section 70.

Do you mean section 75?
If so, it's full description is Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
As this was clearly a business purchase, you wouldn't have been covered anyway.
For the same reason, there is no consumer legislation that will help you.
You will need to study the terms that you agreed to.0
