Best brush/comb for Lab?

Hi, I have a 16 month old Lab who seems to be shedding so much more than last year. I have a bristle brush but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

You need a Zoom Groom

Doesn't look like it will do anything but is absolutely amazing
I use the pink one on both my smooth coated whippet and rough coated lurcher. My niece has one for her Labrador and swears by it.
Link is just for info and I'd advise you to shop around for the best price.

Yes, I'd go for a zoom groom because it has silicone "spikes" and the dogs enjoy being groomed that way.
A couple of years ago you could get "copies" sold as dog massagers for £1! They worked just as wellBeing polite and pleasant doesn't cost anything!

I swear by my furminator, my dogs love it too!0

Furminator kicks zoom groom's [bottom] on our labs. Chalk and cheese.0

I just use a slicker brush on my lab x rottie,.
If you get a Furminator, blunt it slightly first or it can destroy the coat (groomer friend has advised this!)0 -

I also give our lab a tsp of 'three oils' it helps with joints and reduces hair loss ....... Only for dogs though not hubbies:rotfl::rotfl:0

Another vote for the zoom groom - very gentle for the dog but really does the business
