    The cartridges have a removable cap/plug and you pour the toner into it, pretty simple.

    I get mine from whoever's cheapest on ebay.

    Overcome your fears and refill, just be careful with the powder, avoid draughts, and take your time to avoid spillage.

    Spills look bad, but it does come off stuff easily, as it has to be heated to stick to things.

    Yeah, I've been refilling since the HP LaserJet 1 days, through LJ2, LJ3, LJ4 etc, they were pretty good printers at the time, the engine was Canon.
    It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
    (OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)
