LLoyds PPI - Change of Address

Options
Hi there,

I was a customer of lloyds tsb nearly 8 eight years ago and was recently contacted by them regarding PPI on a loan i had at the same time.

However, i have moved home several times and they traced me via the electoral roll.

I have sent back all the documentation they asked for and have changed my address and have asked for verification to change it for correspondence regarding the claim. This proof being a driving licence and proof of banking history with them i.e a statement.

The problem is i hold no documentation or statements from them to prove my history of banking with them.

Any ideas on other ways to prove it as they are standing firm.

Supply what you can. This is not about the complaint but showing you are who you say you are.

You should only need to prove you are the person they have written to. The fact that they have written to you negates the need for sending proof that you banked with them since they obviously know you have had a PPI policy or they would not have written to you. You should only need to supply proof of who you are, which generally means a trip to your local branch with your passport and driving license etc.
