Experian Credit Expert email response time

Does anyone know how quickly Experian Credit Expert respond to emails?
My free trial ends at the weekend. I phoned them to cancel today and was put through to someone who spoke fragmented English who had great difficulty understanding me. After trying to give him my reference number several times he clearly couldn't understand what 'seven' meant and he started shouting at me so I put the phone down.
I emailed a complaint to CustomerService@CreditExpert.co.uk and asked them to cancel my membership as the telephone operative I spoke to was unable to do that. I'm wondering whether someone will action that in time.

Twitter. Contacting a business in public view usually gets quick results!0

Well their customer services team just sent me a generic email about how to cancel membership. Useless!0

They are absolutely useless, all 3 CRA's. They don't care because they have a monopoly and they are in the dark ages but have no incentive to move into modern times.0

Experian are useless, one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
For an Email response I was waiting a week, this was to query why they had mixed my name up, I actually got a survey asking me how my communication went with them before they replied!
Cancelled today, the operative got very stroppy and argumentative - he couldn't comprehend that for a credit check company that had my surname and middle name incorrect NOT to have checked my identity against the CC I supplied (as stated on their sign up) was a total failing on their part.
So a week for my registration number, a week for my first query, then I challenged that (as they still wanted me to send ID), 4 days for that response and then if I did send my ID we're looking at a week there - my 30 days would have been up. Good ploy to get you to use up your 30 day's free trial trying to actually get setup correctly I suppose.0 -
Ring again, cancel in the correct way even if takes multiple attempts, and then complain.
Unfortunately a single unsuccessful attempt is not a reason to think you can cancel outside of their procedures. What will your verse be?

I actually found them very responsive.
Had a couple of queries as well as adding some notices of correction to a couple of accounts, and all emails were replied to within 24 hours.
I cancelled my free trial over the phone in about five minutes, no problems at all.
Maybe I was just lucky with the people I was dealing with…0
