Rental Application Form help please?

Myself and my husband are going for renting a house and I'm filling in my form today and I'm stuck on the employment section of the form and thought that someone might be able to advise me.
We are just budgeting on my husbands income right now as his is stable and he is employed full time.
In regards to me I've had health issues with bad depression and severe anxiety for some years now, I've been trying to get work online and over the past year I found a little something, I think I sent the tax people a letter listing what I was doing but heard nothing back so I presumed that as I was earning so little (sometimes just £3 a week) that it was all ok. It's all a bit blurred but I'm now on medication and getting help for the depression and anxiety.
Anyway in regards to the form I'm not sure what to put on the employment part for me? I'm not employed I suppose you describe the little bits I do as independent contractor etc. As I'm not employed I can't put anything down for the 'employer information and contact details' and I don't have a reference off an employer obviously though do have personal references. I can't put down annual gross income as it depends on what there is to do and how much I do etc.
I didn't know whether to just put down homemaker as anything that I make will not be a factor right now in renting (though I do plan on quitting the little bit I do online now and then and getting an employed job asap once we move now I'm on medication and hopefully will be feeling at least a bit better etc)
Am I allowed to just put down homemaker on form though? There's a bit saying 'any additional income and what is the gross per year from that' I don't know what I'd put there because I do have bits of money now and then which they might see off my bank statements if they read them and don't want to put nothing down incase they think I'm lying which I'm not trying to do at all, I'm just very confused, I've never filled in one of these before. There's a bit on the form on the 'accountant' part if you don't have one which we don't that you have to provide 6 months of bank statements to prove income, but if I put down homemaker would I need to provide 6 months worth? I do have provide 1 for ID though I know.
I'm just so confused but really want this house it's perfect for us and I dont' want to mess this up like everything else in my life.
I don't know if any of that made any sense but if you did follow it that's good and if anyone knows what I should do advice would be really good as I'm a nervous wreck now and we have to take the forms in tomorrow to the office which is stressing me out enough on it's own.
Thanks

If you have no regular income then just put down that you don't have any. Being a stay-at-home partner being supported by the other one is hardly unusual. All that matters is whether the rent can be afforded on your husband's income alone and you can prove it. Landlords and their agents won't be interested in your £3 a week, and they can ask you to provide what bank statements they like.0

thank you very much for your reply, I just didn't know if I could just put down homemaker and £0 on the income parts as I do earn a little here and there, but if I did put down I don't work and £0 income then I wouldn't have to provide 6 bank statements would I? Just the 1 for ID, I didn't know whether they would see the little payments going in there and think I lied on the form. I didn't know if that was illegal or would risk us not getting this house or anything, I can be a little nervous at the best of times and this form filling in is really stressful. We can afford the rent/bills etc on just his income but I would want to get a job asap after moving.0

I think you are really over thinking this. They would be bothered if you said you were earning 10k a year and were only earning 500, with no proof of earnings. This could be considered an attempt to boost your earnings to get the rental property.
Missing off a fairly small amount of irregular earnings, which won't affect whether you can afford the property or not at all is not something they need or want to know about.
They are simply trying to assess whether you and your husband can afford the property.., its not a check of your integrity where you are expected to write every pound you've earned to the nearest penny to see if you are honest or not.
Personally, I'd ask them what minimum salary they are expecting a renter of that property to earn (most agencies have a affordability ratio) and check your husband is earning that much before you even start filling in forms and paying admin fees.0
