Hi all,
I was receiving Incapacity Benefit (since 2000), now I get ESA (since April 2013. Also I get DLA (mid rate care & high rate mobility). Nobody has ever claimed any kind of carers benefit for me. Can I get Severe Disability Premium? I'm not and have never claimed Income Support. Does this mean that I'm not and never was eligible for it? Thanks.

Please refer to your other two threads asking the same question. You need to apply for the income based element of ESA.0

Then bypass them and contact the processing centre directly, the number will be on any letters. Tell them you are currently on contributions based ESA and you wish to apply for an income based/ means tested top up.0
