After checking Deeds paperwork I now know that the land is freehold, so I assume this means I also own one sixth of the building and the land it stands on?0 -

The area of the property is marked out in red, which includes the house, garden and one compartment of the outhouse building. Shared access paths are marked yellow, drainage blue etc.0
