Please help and advise sofa from harveys

Our sofa is 10 months old from harveys the Melissa range a dark brown 3 and 2 seater manual recliner.
Yesterday as I walked past I notice what I thought was melted milk chocolate, thinking how the hell was chocolate on my sofa so on closer inspection the dark leather had come off. It looked like it started at the side seam of middle seat and now it's worked it way up and you can now see it on top of middle seat.
Sofa is still under 12 months manufactor guarantee.
Has anyone had the same problem?
