Property has both a freehold AND leasehold title

Just an update - Santander had no issues at all with the two titles. From what I can see from what what we've now signed (we exchanged yesterday), the first charge is only going against the freehold title. I could of course be completely wrong - at this point I'm just so relieved we've exchanged they can put the charge wherever they like!DS - 08/15
