Best low calorie protein shake?

very good apparently, my husband trains there and uses this sometimes. I think all protein shakes are rank but some people seem to like them!

I agree. I think I've only ever found one or two that I felt were palatable as a drink but what I often do is add protein powder to foodstuff. I'm still trying to find out whether the protein becomes denatured if cooked but I need access to a lab to fully test it which I don't have at the moment.

It might be worth contacting Emmy Louise, she owns bulks and she has her protein powder made to her spec i believe, and she uses it in different food items she makes and sells. She may well know the answer to your question!
