I agree. I think I've only ever found one or two that I felt were palatable as a drink but what I often do is add protein powder to foodstuff. I'm still trying to find out whether the protein becomes denatured if cooked but I need access to a lab to fully test it which I don't have at the moment.“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

It might be worth contacting Emmy Louise, she owns bulks and she has her protein powder made to her spec i believe, and she uses it in different food items she makes and sells. She may well know the answer to your question!0
