Ringing the bank...

Hey all!

Right now, I'm waiting for HSBC to defend the claim I've made against them for unlawful bank charges via MCOL.

But I noticed, in my online banking, that they are going to take out ANOTHER unfair/unlawful amount on July 19th! I thought maybe I should ring them, but I don't want to be overstepping any legal boundaries considering. Would it be considered bad form to ring them in these circumstances? Or should I just wait and try to amend my claim for these impending charges as well?

Any help is greatly appreciated! Mad props to you all! :D

The same happened to my OH and he went into the bank asked to see the manager and asked to get the charges taken off as these were unfair as he was claiming a vast amount back from them already also said to the manager if he didnt he would just put in a seperate claim and reclaim them back .Mind and ask in a diplomatic way for these charges to be removed

Report them to the financial ombudsman they will get fined £400 for your complaint
