Is Southern Electric billing online down?

I was looking regularly every day from the 28/6 to see if my gas bill was showing on southern electric website as my bill was due. Usually I can see my bills online before I got the bill sent through the post.
It's lucky that I didn't apply for paperless bills, as I got my gas bill yesterday.
I have checked again tonight and still my gas bill don't show online.
Is anyone experiencing the same problem?
My electricity bill is due by the 10th, the same thing will probably happen again.

    yes, they are having some problems uploading the e-bills so paper bills are arriving before the bills appear online. should be resolved in a few days
