Duty free - LHR or Frankfurt or Munich

Hello there,
I am looking to buy some perfume (either dior, chanel or Bulgari) and make up (lancome, dior, chanel) during duty free- or not.
Living in london, but flying out off Heathrow and via Frankfurt and Munich - any idea where it would be cheaper atm?
or would it be the same to buy the stuff in e.g. house of fraser or selfridges?

Make up is usually around 20% cheaper than high street prices at UK airports, if you're planning on buying a few things sign up to Heathrow Rewards as you get a £5 off £75 spend (can usually find these vouchers online too).0
