Individual allotment insurance

Does anyone out there have individual allotment insurance please? Our local council does not provide this as part of the fees and there is no allotment association locally. I have tried reading all the usual National Association of Allotment Growers and RHS websites but they only refer to group cover. Although I have tried to get allotment neighbours interested in insurance, I am at work all week and don't have the time to recruit ten more people. I'd rather just get on with it.
Any advice gratefully received.
