Best way to find out whats on my credit file ?

I need to find out exactly what is on my credit file as I have been recently turned down for any type of credit at all. Although I haven't defaulted late payment etc.
Should I go with Call credit or is writing and getting the statutory report from each one better ? Once I have them is there anyone / where that can analyse the information ?
Thanks

I think you may have missed the boat on the free Equifax report, it was up to April 6th. Use Noddle for your CallCredit info, get stat report from the others. Equifax will give you instant access providing they can verify you, when I've had my experian report they have taken my payment and sent an access code out in the post. the online versions can be saved as a PDF and are the same as the version they will post. It's best to get all 3 as they can contain different data.0

Definitely get the £2 statutory reports from Experian and Equifax, plus the free Noddle account.0
