A query?

I bought a jacket on-line from Asda the other week but when it came it was too small so I took it back to my nearest store The assistant said since I had bought it they had gone down in the sale to £15 and that if I hadn't got my receipt that is all I would have got back despite paying £28 for it.
Is this right?

Did you follow the Asda returns advice?

    1. Return to any Asda Store
Please take your item(s) back to the Click & Collect service point in any Asda store along with your Delivery Note, and the Payment Card you used to pay for the item(s), and one of our colleagues will be happy to issue you with a refund.

If not, simply go back with your delivery note.

I did have the delivery note,thanks... I just thought that if I had mislaid the delivery note would I have just got less than half what I paid for it back and it seems the answer is yes !
