Advice for my learning disability sister

Hi All
My sister has learning disabilities, she is actively looking for work and is on Job Seekers Allowance.
She has met a very nice gentleman who works full-time.
Now my question is:- If she moves in with the boyfriend does she lose her JSA or does it depend on how much he earns??
Many thanks

Depends whether her JSA is income based or contributions based.

Income based unfortunately she is finding it difficult to find work and has been on JSA for quite a while now she volunteers at her local church.
She also has DLA do you know if she would lose that also??
    Many thanks

Income based JSA is a means tested benefit.

If her man moves in with her then his income and savings will be assessed along with hers. Therefore she will lose her JSA.

DLA is not a means tested benefit so she will keep it.
