BooHoo terrible service

I will try and keep this brief....
So in Dec/Jan I ordered from BooHoo and what they say was down to 'problems with locating stock' I had 5 orders where money was taken and I had to wait for refunds. The items where showing as in stock but I never received them, I had a lot of back and forth with them.
In the end they gave everyone who had problems 20% codes. I was grateful for this as Christmas is a busy time and things like this happen.
Now yesterday, I placed my first order with them since the mess up in Dec/Jan. I used a 20% code on a £22 order, which saved me £4.40, they also offered free deliver (£3.99). Obviously I am going to use the 20% code. Today I received an email stating...one of the items had to be cancelled...the website at THIS minute shows 10 available in size I ordered and in stock all other sizes. Yet they have taken money and what annoys me more, the 20% is now only worth £0.80 as the item cancelled cost £18, leaving me with a £4 item which now costs me less than the £3.99 postage - which I would obviously now rather have had in this order.
Their T&C's do state, as one member of staff quoted to me, 'some items may not be fulfilled' - now I understand this is to safeguard over busy periods, but it has happened to me now 6 times, money has been taken - again I have to wait for it to be returned.
I am not after any compensation from them, I just want them to get their act together, they said it was a system or stock locating error - surely they should have fixed this by now.
Should I go to CAB or raise this issue with Trading Standards ?
Thanks, and sorry for not being brief lol

FWIW my daughter orders from them a lot, and while she did have a problem earlier (probably around the time you did) she hasn't had any issues since.
She did get a card with a 'code' though - there was no code and they had to resend that!
Maybe they need to redesign their system so that the money doesn't leave customer's accounts until the items have been packed and are at the point of despatch?
If you retitle this thread and include BooHoo in the title you may get more replies/comments and the company may pick up on the issues you raise.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson
