Hi Any help would be much appreciated,
Ive had my Additions account for over 15 years , I knew that I was paying a monthly fee for benefits on the account , on my monthly statements Ive always had 2 account fees applied , Just recently my statements have changed and now read 1) account fee , 2) PPI account fee,
I didnt know that the second fee was actually for PPI on my account , Am I able to claim the PPI fee back ,
Thanks for reading

Are you able to claim it back? no, insurance isnt refundable just because you ask. Write to them telling them why you believe it to be mis-sold. If it is you may be due a refund.0

What did you think the second account fee was for?
15 years you've had this account. 15 years you've seen 2 account fees debit your account but funnily enough you've never thought to question it until they stated the second charge was for ppi.
Sounds like you're jumping on the bandwagon0 -
You won't be able to claim that the insurance was added without your knowledge and permission if that's what you mean. The records held by the Bank won't support such an allegation. The PPI may well have been mis-sold to you, but don't complain simply because, fifteen years on, you've forgotten agreeing to the insurance. You need valid and (preferably) verifiable complaint reasons.laverslomax wrote: »I didnt know that the second fee was actually for PPI on my account , Am I able to claim the PPI fee back ,0
