Not sure which thread re: Executors and beneficiaries

An Executor of an estate distributes a bequest to 10 beneficiaries. Some beneficiaries get notification but others don't. Some beneficiaries receive their monies at one time but others receive theirs at different times. Shouldn't all monies be distributed at same time and shouldn't all receive notification at same time?

No, as long as each beneficiary gets the correct bequest as per the will. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

It is an odd way of doing things but, as !!!!!! says, as long as everyone gets what they were left in the will, there isn't a problem.0
