I do a fair amount of letter writing to our local paper. Ideally I would like to be able to produce draft stuff on my galaxytab 3 off line (when on rail journeys for instance). There is an office suite (Polaris) on the tab, but as yet I have worked out how to save anything or forward it to my email account.
Could anyone recommend something please.

Sorted (fingers crossed). Several hours reading posts from others looking for something simple, android, free, accessible offline, able to move when on-line resulted in my following through lots of tips / links and eventually stumbled on

wunderlist. For me, it is ideal. Something I discovered is that there are many people who need for whatever reason to make notes or even produce longer stuff and due to they are offline, feel frustrated. This looks to be ideal. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Microsoft have recently made their OneNote software free on various platforms, including Android and Windows Desktop PCs, and it all synchronises via OneDrive (nee SkyDrive).
I do use it although I reckon I haven't touched even half of what it can do.0
