Nationwide FlexDirect Repeated charges/ refunds mistake

Hi,
I've had my FlexDirect for almost 3 months now and at the beginning of last month and again at the beginning of this month my statement shows "Refund of unpaid transaction fee", "unpaid transaction fee", "Refund of unauthorised overdraft interest, Unauthorised overdraft interest.
I rang last month as soon as I saw this and asked what the heck was going on and they said it related to an unpaid direct debit fee from 4 months prior. I told them to look at my notes as they had made a mistake and later refunded me that charge and also removed a late payment marker from my credit file that was in conjunction with it as I did have the funds in my account and their system had messed up. They looked and apologised profusely and assured me this would not happen again, there were definitely no more charges on my account.
Having just checked my bank I can see they've done it again!
I have an interested free overdraft which I haven't gone over (barely been in it).
They have taken the charges then immediately refunded them so I'm not worried about the money, but obviously this has decimated my internal credit score with them! I was turned down for their 0% card last month, my overdraft page states I cannot raise the limit (not that I want to), now I know why!
Having opened the new TSB account I'm inclined to switch everything to them immediately. I had planned to use both interest paying accounts for our fledgling mortgage deposit, but Nationwide have annoyed me so much over this, and it's clear I'll never get any sort of credit with them in future, so is it worth me sticking around?
I've sent a strongly worded complaint and will ring to follow this up on Monday, now just wondering if there are any other steps I should take.

I received my Flex direct statement a few days ago and it said because I was 1p overdrawn on the 31 March they were charging me £5.00 unauthorised fee.
Fair enough you think after all the account was overdrawn by 1p. However this was due to them overpaying me interest by 1p the previous month and were reclaiming it. Also I do have any overdraft facility set so if the account went overdrawn for one day the charge should have only been 50p.
I complained and they agreed no charge should have been levied and the £5.00 was totally incorrect. They said some accounts are changing to a new system and are experiencing problems.
However without asking they gave me £15.00 as a goodwill gesture.
Also I was concerned whether whether my Internal score has suffered and tried to increase my overdraft and the system allowed to increase up to £2,500.
The strange this is my Offers have all disappeared.0 -
Are you in the first year of your flexdirect? The overdraft should be interest free.0

Unfortunately not. My year was up last month. I have no intention of using the overdraft but wanted to check to see whether the recent issue affected my credit standing with them.0
