When Do Zoopla Update Their Estimates ?

I've seen that my zoopla estimate has increased twice in the past month. (+£7k & +£20k Get In there!!)

Anyone know when and what triggers an update ?

I just offered 10% over the Zoopla estimate .... they're not really good for much most of the time.

Whatever figure they pluck out of the hat.

    That's how accurate zoopla are.

I'd probably go to Zoopla and press the contact button and send my question to someone who is paid to answer questions for Zoopla.

You could instead, as indeed you have, go to a completely different website with posters that don't know because they just won't as there's no reason for them to have any expertise.

4 shades of orange are my answers. They may not answer your question but I think you'll find they are fantastic answers. Admittedly, 1 of those might be a bit on the red side but I say 4 shades of orange. If you disagree then I probably say 5.

    Hah.

Are you on the cooking sherry today ?

"someone who is paid to answer questions" is usually as much use as a chocolate teapot. Call centres are testament to that observation

Ask Zoopla. I can't think of anyone more qualified. If you really are a quant trader or analyst then I'm very surprised that you want to rely on others' opinions so much. My experience of front office workers is that they find stuff out for themselves and then verify it for themselves.

Perhaps you're not what you claim to be.

    Hmm.

Graham might be the best person to ask for advice on this subject.

Zoopla estimates are pathetic, I have 3 flats in the same block 2 x 2 bed with gardens and 1 x 3 bed with a balcony. I would estimate the values as 2 bed £435k and 3 bed £475k, Zoopla estimates them at £268/308k and £450k. There is absolutely no way that the 3 bed is worth 77% more than one of the 2 beds, and also there is nothing really in it between the value of the 2 bed flats, whereas zoopla has a £40k difference.
