I looked in my old bank account just the other day and found that there was a few hundred quid I knew nothing about there. It had been that long since I had started my claim with these guys that I didn't even remember it (know where you're coming from goffins)!0 -

What is the current state of play with these cases have they been stayed or are they still ongoing as the banks now have 26 days to comply with the disclosure order. As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0

Great news for those of us who don't want to wait until the test cases have been heard. My friend and I both signed our offer letter well after the expiry date on the offer, sent it back and as if by magic the amount appeared in our accounts 4-6 working days later! I don't know what the other banks are doing but Barclays seem to be paying out. So for anyone who doesn't want to wait get those offer letters signed and sent back, its worth a try! Note we did date them within the required time limit but sent them 2 months late!:beer:We are off to have a beer on Barclays!!!!
Good luck to everyone!!0
