Right as this is Savills and ukcps this has been really got my goat and i am going to get a rocket up Savills backside first thing Monday morning
    https://www.google.co.uk/#q=savills+centertainment+sheffield

i have got the directors details, i will email you for the claim details directly, he wont know what has hit him, although you will still need a defence sorting. I have had quite a lot of Savills claims cancelled, and with the situation you are in has really !!!!ed me off!!!!
    Defence sorted. Standby tomorrow morning...
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • I just want to give a MASSIVE thank you to kirkbyinfurnesslad, HO87 & coupon-mad for the excellent support & help they're giving me. I'll keep this thread updated with any developments & the outcome of the case!

Best of luck with this, you are in very good hands.
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

  • Following a phonecall from kirkbyinfurnmesslad this morning, I've just received written confirmation from Savills that the case against me has been dropped with immediate effect!!

An amazing result!! I can't thank kirkbyinfurnesslad, HO87, coupon-mad and the Parking Appeals Service enough, especially as they have managed to get the case dropped in such a short space of time.

Savills & UKCPS clearly knew they were out of order to say the least and that they were messing with the wrong people! ;)

    Thanks again!

Savills have a history with UKCPS. Back in 2010 they actually kicked UKCPS off Elk Retail Park Oldham,Lancs, for "aggressive ticketing and harrasment of customers."

That's great news - it seems Savills and the landowners know more about the Equality Act than PPCs do (quelle surprise!). Dropped it like a hot potato by all accounts which is what PPC should do when they hear that a person is genuinely disabled. It also had the added result that Savills and the landowner have seen UKCPS' card marked publicly. It is managing agents and landowners who need to know about such issues and because they get into bed with this 'industry' they deserve to have complaints flying in - they have to power to end parking contracts (like the Hospital Trust has done re PE yesterday).

All good at the moment. :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
