Been there, it's all worth it in the end! We got to exchange and then the solicitor realised that Nationwide had not given their agreement to abide by the conditions of Help to Buy and had a mad dash for a letter right at the end.0

I hope i dont get to that stage i think ill be losing the will to live if i get anymore stress over this damn house selling/buying crap.
