Tesco Coupon Policy and GRRRRRRR Customer services

:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: ok always do my big shop in tesco, i check with cs regularly what their voucher policy is just incase it changes, and because their till ops never had a clue, and when I say you can take that voucher because....i want to make sure i'm right.
The policy is may 50% of your shop in vouchers, one of each voucher only, no internet vouchers.
Only last week, the managers at checkouts telling me it changes all the time, they will take max 3 voucher regarless of total spend, shes really rude and talking down to me.:mad: So I tell her the policy has been the same for at least the last 6 months cause I ask & spend regularly, and she changes her mind,:mad: it's only changed in the last week...so I accept this, pay and wander over to cs.
The check with another manager, the policy hasn't changed :mad: & she was lying to me:mad: , I was right!!:eek: The won't give me anything in writting (to wave at the next lying manager) and sugest I e-mail cs for their policy....i do, they confirm everything i said EXCEPT the shop value part, so i e-mail again asking they respond in full, and they say i should speak to the stores cs :mad: i mail back saying read the :mad: e-mail...and they tell me they don't take internet coupons:mad: :mad: i never even mentioned internet coupons.:mad::mad:
Have given up, they must know staff make it up as they go along and don't want to commit...I don't care what their policy is, i just want someone somewhere to be consistent with it so i can get best value...i might bill them for my angry management classes

Why not just pay for what you want to buy? Coupons are a nice little bonus but not a right, and certainly not something to bother managers with, they have proper (paying) customers to be helping out!
If a manager knows you're just asking the question so you can screw them for a load of free stock then they'll only let you use a couple of coupons.0 -

Manager are employed to be bothered though.
I think that large companies often get a stream of emails from their Head Offices,it can be hard to keep up to date.0
