Hi,
I got a ticket on Saturday, my front tyres in a hatched area. Car wasn't blocking access or causing problems to other users, but yes I broke their rules. Just looking some guidance in regards to my next step and the legalities of this firm in Northern Irelamd.
Thanks in advance.

And the advice given for NI in the Newbies thread

And if you want to strike a blow against dodgy parking companies complete this survey that Stormont is currently running;

Thanks for the reply, I had read those previous posts but was worried the advice may not still be current as they weren't posted in 2014. Ok, ignore it is!0

No, nothing has changed in N. Ireland, yet! But as per my previous post Stormont is very likely to outlaw clamping so we need to ensure that they do not use this occasion to bring in Keeper Liability as in England and Wales, we need the Scottish system (no clamping, no keeper liability) instead.
So please take the time to respond to the survey highlighted in post 3.All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher, & politician (1729 - 1797).0 -

Hi Laura, have you heard anymore about this? The same thing happened to me yesterday!
Well, if you're in NI, follow advice given to Laura. If not NI, come back with a new thread of your own for further advice.
Laura hasn't been in this forum since 5th April, so is unlikely to pick up your question.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

+1, and there is no hopefully about, nothing will come of it, other than the laughably predictable junk mail you will receive. Just ask anybody who has ignored UKPC previously, there are several of us on here from NI, and loads in the rest of the UK.
Also complain to whatever business you were giving your custom to.All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. Edmund Burke Irish orator, philosopher, & politician (1729 - 1797).0
