Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 - "Mobile Networks" not shown under "More Settings"

Hi,
I have a Galaxy Tab 3 (wifi version) and am in the process of setting it up to work with a Mifi. I can access the internet via the Mifi; however the setup instructions for the Sim Card recently placed in the unlocked Mifi state that the Access Point Name (APN) has to be changed (not sure why, as I'm able to connect to the internet via the Mifi without changing the APN?).
The only problem is that, under "Settings" and "More Settings" on the Tab 3, there is no sign of "Mobile Netwoks/Data" - which is where the APN settings are.
Any ideas please - I've tried Googling but without joy. Many thanks.

The instructions sound like for when putting the sim card into a phone or a tablet with 3g/4g - if you can access the Internet fine on the mifi it's likely it's using the right apn already but if you did want to change it you'd need to do it through a Web browser or with the mifi connected over USB to a pc.

If you have a wifi Tab 3,then you would be looking under wireless networks?

and my mifi is back in the box out of sheer frustration. Bought from argos who won't take it back, runs on vodafone, but they don't want to know because I bought it from argos. round and round we go. I had planned to try again using a new sim from ovivo but they've gone bust. Somehow I think this was an unwise purchase.
