Anyone else had problems with Fusion Doors after-sales service?

I bought a composite front door from Fusion Doors (fusiondoors.co.uk) about 16 months ago, with a 5 year warranty on the fitting. Within the first 12 months we had a problem with the door not closing properly, and they sent someone out to replace the hinges. The problem has just recurred, but despite 3 emails and a phone call I can't get any sort of response from Fusion Doors (not even an acknowledgement of my emails).

When I spoke to them on the phone a couple of weeks ago (having had no response to my first 2 emails) they said that they were waiting for a response from the manufacturer, and that they'd get back to me "later in the week". Another 10 days and 2 emails later and I still can't get any sort of response out of them.

Was wondering whether anyone else had experienced any problems with them?
