Need Advice on DRP letter of intended Court action

Hi, I wonder if you could please advise on what I should do next. I got a parking ticket back in January, had all the letters (which i have ignored) and now have received a letter from DRP-saying "Notice of intended court action" & stating they are passing the case over to solicitors. Please can you tell me, should I ignore this one or send in that copy template of a letter I have seen on this website (where I have to ask them for all the details)? Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to MSE. You need to read the NEWBIES sticky at the top of page 1 - this forum's index page. It includes specific and current advice about DR+ and covers the situation at which you now find yourself.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Here we go again, todays batch of DRP threads without reading or searching. Here's one where we've covered it in depth like has been the case for years:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4855623

The newbies thread covers it and a search finds hundreds of DRP threads. No new thread needed, this is not unique and the letter chain is discussed to death every day, it's everywhere on the forum. Please save our sanity and search for 'Recovery' or Zenith' as keywords.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
