Best pizza base

We use naan bread - garlic and coriander usually. We top with a tomato sauce. Since making naan bread pizza that is the only pizza the OH will eat as he likes them so much. The idea of using naan bread and the tomato sauce we use is from The Takeaway Secret.0

I use the basic artisan bread in 5 minutes a day recipe. We like our pizza really crispy so I roll it out very thin and partially bake it before adding he toppings. I am not sure how it would fare if you prefer a thicker base though.0

I use this recipe. I know it says to use a bread maker but im pretty sure you can make it by hand as well! I thought it sounded a bit strange to put honey in, but it actually turns out really nice! the dough is light and actually makes a decent crust as well.
( i also use this recipe for dough balls and they come out amazing once ive then baked them in the oven! lovely and crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside)0
