Go ask your local farmer they often shoot muntjac deer on the regular as they are considered a pest, the same with rabbits. If you do get yourself some venison the best cuts are the saddle and the neck but only use the neck if you have a slow cooker because it needs cooked low and slow and you can make the most amazing venison stew. It is real high quality meat as well and much healthierI'd also LOVE to know where to get free game!?!!
