Loads of "fairly new" UK sellers on ebay selling multi packs "Calvin Klein" underwear, just curious where they obtain them from?

Presumably from a Chinese distributor of fakes.

Or surplus stock from any number of outlets that sell surplus unwanted stock. Not all of them are fake. I brought a load of surplus stock orginally from CostCo but found you could make more money selling them as single pairs.

I'd rather not buy from a seller on ebay, if I can buy direct from a distributor / outlet, any suggestions?

Just message the sellers on Ebay, there as likely to tell you as anyone on here.
If you want a distributor of genuine stock the best place to start is with the company themselves.
