I think that most blokes who find it nigh on impossible to be that thin - even with no fat most men have a skeletal frame bigger than that, don't they?

How about you get a matching pink pillowcase for your charcoal grey duvet cover - it'll look nice when you get bored of staring at your PC!!

If I could get to weigh 10 and half stones then about a 30-32 waist would be about right.

Yes a 30-32 inch waist is fine. But if you have a 30-32 inch waist your chest should be about 36-38
