Do I claim the £12's too?

Hi there, new to this and just started claiming yesterday. First letter went off today to Lloyds TSB for £1,325 plus interest.
I am looking at my credit card statements and see that as of a couple of months ago I have a couple of £12 charges with lots of £30-£35 charges before that. When I put in my claim for the last 6 years charges do I include these £12 charges too or just the charges up until the £12 rule came in?

Sorry if this has already been covered.

Many thanks

The £12 level relates to Credit Cards not Bank Accounts. The OFT are stil investigating bank charges so you should claim the full amount of the charge.
