Reclaim from Bailiffs,,,

Hello all, It all relates to a pcn issued by Hammersmith and Fulham which was passed to Marston Group without any notice given to us. So after continues pressure from the bailiffs we had to pay £495 to get them off our doorstep. Recently I have received the letter from the DVLA which proves that I was not the owner of the vehicle at the time of the offence. We forwarded the letter to Marston Group requesting a refund but In short they replied - We have accounted to our client for the penalty charge amount and we are satisfied the warrant was lawfully executed, there are no grounds on which any money are payable by us. We advise you that having passed a copy of your DVLA letter to our instructing client they have informed us the opportunity to appeal is no longer available as the case is now closed. Q Is there any chance or any way of getting any of the money back at this stage from this bullies ? THANK YOU

I can't read that wall of text either but if it's a bailiff issue then contact Sheila at bailiffadviceonline. I have no affiliation at all with that site - it's just the best place we can signpost people to when they want to get bailiff fees reduced/cancelled/refunded.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
