Importantly, those three were all forum assisted - even allowing for the Dudley case which was seemingly brought home by the AC pack.
It seems that the once aspirational assertion that Fridays are bad days for PE is fast becoming axiomatic.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

PE no longer claim that they win 90%, or even 80%, of their cases, they just say that they win 'the majority'. At this rate, even that soon won't be true.
I think I'm correct in saying PE's success rate at Barrow in Furness County Court is 20% and even that sole win against a Mr Shelley was and is a travesty of justice.0
