Vent: British Gas

- Contacted British gas on the 20th March to tell them we're moving house, and provided final meter readings. Paid the outstanding balance there and then on the phone
- Statement comes out of the 25th showing £2.74 credit on one account, £2.74 debit on the other.
- Contact them on the same day to point out they need to balance the accounts as per out 20/3 call - assured this would be done
- today (4/4), they take a direct debit for ... £2.74

Not hard, is it?
