CPP claim (pre-2005)

Just wanted to share, I wrote to the CPP Redress Scheme because I remembered having CPP, never using it and eventually cancelling it when I realised it was no used to me. I couldn't remember any details so I included a list of previous addresses.

The Redress Scheme wrote back and informed me that I wasn't eligible through the scheme because my CPP was 1999-2003 and was therefore pre-2005. They did however give me the policy number and the bank it was through.

I then wrote to Bank of Scotland with the details complaining that I felt the policy had been mis-sold to me. I got a call from them today and they have offered me my premiums back plus interest minus tax on the interest. An easy success for the price of two stamps :)
Defaultless as of 12th Sept 2012 :)
Listen here default Dave why don't you take your bullsh*t and stick it up your defaulted ar*e and then stick your defaulted credit report and stick it in your defaulted gob.
