Never, ever had problems with ordering from Amazon until now.
I ordered a Micro SD Card Reader on the 30th, chose the option that meant it would arrive on the 1st before 1pm, it never came, checked the tracking and said it had been delivered to me at around 5pm that evening.
We were in all that day and nothing came, no parcel, no note for attempted delivery, the neighbours weren't at home so it's not with them.
Phoned Amazon on the 2nd they said they'd chase up where it went and issue a replacement.
Phoned again just now to see what was happening. No instructions to send a replacement were noted from the last call :mad:

I bought one off ebay for a couple of quid or so and then discovered that they sold them in the local pound shop.0
