Csa fraud!!!

Hi, Sorry I'm new to this so hope I've put it in the right place.
wondering if anybody can help me with my current situation? My ex and I have been split up nearly 8 years and for the past 6 years I have been receiving csa on/off by my ex. He has done everything he can to try and get out of paying or not oay at all. The CSA now take payments directly from his wage as he wasn't always paying when he should. My ex had another child last year with his current partner whom he lives with and where my child goes to stay on his visits to his dad. My ex is currently in arrears with the csa and on one of my phonecalls to them I was advised that my payments were getting re - assessed as there was another claim against him for another child!! To cut a long story short, my ex and his partner are claiming they are not together and shes claiming csa for their son even though they live together!! So basically my payments are now getting halved when they shouldnt be. I have told the csa that they are together but theyve said they have looked into it and that they cant find any information to say different, so she is obviously claiming all the other benefits as a single parent! All the csa have advised me to do is report her for fraud benefit as they dont have a fraud department but surely there is something I can do?
I know for definite they are together as its plastered all over facebook and my son goes to stay there on his visits. Please help!!!!!

Why don't you try to contact her say you heard they had separated. If it is true then she should be much more open about her situation than if they are lying. Plan your conversation to try to gain information.0

You might be able to get some advice if you post in the Child Support section here.

Keep any information/screen shots you can get from Facebook/other places to support your claim they are still living together.0 -
Thank you for your reply.
I have confronted them both before they obviously discussed it between themselves that I knew because he tried saying he had got another child elsewhere and she said that they weren't together but never once denied that they didnt live together. His own mum and dad have told me they are together and why would my child be going staying there ha? Ive have checked their facebook and the last photo they put on together was the 29th march. Its a joke!0 -
Is she claiming benefits?0

Im guessing so yes as the csa have investigated and cant find no proof their together.0

Gather the evidence and report her. Hopefully they will investigate and if proven to commit fraud you will then have th! evidence to take csa. Don't expect anything fast thigh0
