Sun Perks Offers not yet received - Odeon & Morrisons Vouchers

I applied via Sun Perks for 2 offers, firstly for free Odeon tickets, which I applied for on 15 February and was told would receive in 28 days by post and secondly for £5 Morrisons voucher on 20 February, again to receive in 28 days by post.

I have received none of these yet despite being well over the promised 28 days and despite several live chats where I feel I am being fobbed off and wonder if I will ever receive them.

I know others that also applied when I did and also have not received them.

Why do the Sun offer these perks if they cannot then honour them?

Surely they have a set amount of vouchers and should then withdraw the offer to avoid this disappointment and letting down Sun Perks members?

Did anyone else apply for these Perks and have they received them yet?

  • not these perks but i still have not received £10 joining voucher and have complained 4 x to live chat and emailed x2 they have all the correct answers but still nothing ever arrives they also offered me another voucher as i was going to leave and this still hasnt arrived this is since January. still waiting on makeup kits as well. will not hold my breath on ever receaving any perk offered. month delays on things if they arrive

    Despite several emails I haven't received my Odeon tickets either. In fact, the advisor who was dealing with me, kept telling me I would have received a code and if I didn't then they couldn't resend it!! It took several days and me getting very angry before he eventually told me they would be with me within the next 14 days. This was on March 14th. I am still waiting for them.

    I smell a major scam and am thinking of posting about it on Martin Lewis's Facebook.

    Both times i have used this the code is received immediately. Is yours a payable membership?

    These are not codes. They are actual tickets.

    I've never received anything I either. I signed up on link to get me 2 free Odeon tickets. Not a squeak. It's really poor. I noticed others complaining on other forums too.

    Company We have just received the from the odeon and are currently starting to post them out.

    Me Do you have an idea how much longer I and others will have to wait please?

    Company I have no idea, I have been informed they are in stock and will be sent shortly - that is all the information we have been given to date.

    Me Thank you. Maybe you would like to feedback to your bosses, that people are extremely unhappy about this as it is looking like a huge scam.


    Company Things do happen from time to time with delays, which is why the delivery dates are not guaranteed, the staff are also awaiting theirs here too, there is no scam just bad delivery service for which I humbly apologize for on behalf of the Sun.

    Me Many thanks, In all honesty, people have been told so many different things, it is hard not to think this is a scam. You have been the first person I have dealt with who has even apologised and I thank you for that.


    So let's see how much longer we have to wait!

    Off topic! How about you post something useful instead of criticising others and yes I do realise the irony of that statement.

    I requested mine back in February through an offer and not received anything either. I cancelled all pending payments.

    Finally! I received my two Odeon tickets tickets today. Exp June 2015.
