vanquis customer service

hi,
has anyone been able to get through to vanquis gold customer service recently.? I keep getting a message saying they have technical issues which means they cant transfer me to a gold customer adviser. They're not authorising my debit card payments either no matter how big or small. Im in the position to pay off in full my balance, never missed a monthly payment so im not in arrears or anything just want the debt gone.
lost my way but now I'm back ! roll on 2013

    Hi I've been trying to get through all morning as they are being awkward and refusing to update my credit file until I have proven to be discharged from my DRO (this is despite them having acknowledged it, in writing, once it was granted).

    The message I've been getting is 'we are having technical difficulties which means we are unable to process any debit card payments. We are hoping to have these fixed soon' then the call just ends:mad::mad:Obviously anyone who is phoning them is only doing so to pay and don't really want to talk to them!!!
