Barclays PPI on Additions account

Hi Any help would be much appreciated,
Ive had my Additions account for over 15 years , I knew that I was paying a monthly fee for benefits on the account , on my monthly statements Ive always had 2 account fees applied , Just recently my statements have changed and now read 1) account fee , 2) PPI account fee,
I didnt know that the second fee was actually for PPI on my account , Am I able to claim the PPI fee back ,

This is what happened to me.. I bank online and noticed that a few months ago. Wording has changed and said PPI.. I had assumed I paid the different fees for the privilege of having a large overdraft facility, as they were listed as fees. I went into my local branch to query it and was told it was ppi and always had been. I asked for it be cancelled.. They carried on taking it out !! And they advised me to fill in the online ppi refund form on their website. Took me a few mins and I have had a refund no letter confirming yet the amount although it's been paid into the account.. So I am waiting for written confirmation. I increased the overdraft facility online each time years ago and have never spoken to anyone ever regarding charges, ppi etc. so it wasn't mis sold but unauthorised.
This overdraft ppi was paid for about 12/13 years.
You can most def claim it back if you were unaware and the fact that it was written as fees and now changed to ppi is the only way I was aware ! Very misleading. Look on their website and fill in form.. Good luck

Oh and I checked online banking this morning and they have taken out another payment for PPI!! After I have twice gone in to get it stopped, written and they have refunded the policy !
