This is probably a long shot, but does anyone know how and where to get a Low Emission Zone sticker in Germany (cheaply)?

According to this EU website you can buy them from "authorised local garages, vehicle test organisations like TÜV, DEKRA, or some websites". But how do I actually find a garage that sells them in Germany?

Going to Germany next week, and all 3 cities (Hannover, Berlin and Wiesbaden) I'm going to are low emission zones.

Too late to purchase online (7 to 14 days for delivery). Received a warning from the Polizei last year in Hannover for no sticker, so don't want to risk it.
