Still no cashback from energyhelpline!

Me too - I waited 6 weeks after connection to Powergen then contacted them. Their eMail reply says money to be paid "in another 2 weeks". That makes a total of 8 weeks and they stated 2-4 weeks in their initial eMail. Chase them up by eMail using your original acceptance for the reply.

Check you have had both services changed.£15 sounds like only gas or electric has been changed.
Really low cashback though.Try Quidco0 -

Just been told by Energyhelpline that if you change both gas and electric i.e. dualfuel you only get the one payment. I wasn't aware of this.0

Still no payment and we are at 8 weeks now. Why do I have to chase up companies to get them to pay up?
Posters in this thread are not able to use Quidco asthey have already used Energyhelpline - maybe next time?

I was referring to the MSE recommended switching times, which do not come up too often.

Energyhelpline emailed me today to say there was a backlog in their payment and that I SHOULD receie my £15.00 "by the end of the month".
If that happens, then it will be 10 weeks since my completed changeover through them to Powergen. Disgraceful and NOT recommended.
